In a ceremony at Los Cabos, Mexico, Lorenzo H. Zambrano, CEMEX CEO &
Conference Chairman, welcomed the delegations from the countries members of
the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC). This meeting brings together
not only the governmental leaders, but also key business leaders from 21
countries which generate 60% of global income and within whose borders live
more than 2.4 billion consumers.
